You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy to expedite the process.
To initiate a return, please email us at Rahulgoswami935b@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to our facility.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
We believe in transparent service. Currently, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet our return criteria.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
