Returns and Refunds

1. Heavy Machinery Returns

Due to the nature of industrial construction equipment, returns are generally not accepted once the machine has been used. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Inspection and Testing

We encourage all customers to inspect and test the machinery at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved by our technical team, it will be processed using the original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Transport costs for returns (unless due to an error on our part) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Warranty and Support

Most of our equipment comes with a standard manufacturer warranty. For repairs and service under warranty, please contact our service department with your serial number and invoice.
